It says, make up your own mind...well I think this woman/girl there is a ghost!!!
Poor bloke, that filmed it...

Whether that is real or not , it´s still pretty scary , but i would love to be in his shoes.

well to me it looks too much after a hoax.
come on, lets face this: girl with some kind of sunglasses, reflect the nightshot camera...
i dont know.... for me 95% hoax..

I have to agree with you there not only because of the way she appears to just sit there , but also apparitions are never as solid in appearence as she is, and you would not get a reflection from the eyes of an apparition , and not to mention the chance of you getting a full bodied apparition on film is very very rare.

I think somebody was trying to have some fun here.
