Brixton south hams

I got an interesting Email yesterday .

A good friend of mine grew up in Brixton which is very near to Plymouth in Devon , i also grew up about 5 miles away from this little village .

There is a small plot of land in this village which has been up for sale for quite a few years , the reason why this plot of land has been up for sale so many times is because everybody who has bought it until now , has had after purchasing the land had an accident or has died.

The last case is of a family who bought this land and planned to build a new house on it , after the purchase they went on holiday for a few days and the whole family were killed in a traffic accident , this is not the first death after somebody has purchased this piece of land .

Rumour says that if you stand in the old house walls on a hot summers day it is still very cold within the old walls, there are not official reports about these events , but apparently people who live there or have grown up there were all warned to stay away or not enter the proprty .

Sounds pretty strange if you ask me , there is obviously somebody there who doesn´t want this property sold .
