yes very interesting i read the report as well seems something is going on there my judgment is out on the footprints in the baby powder tho....just to easy to fake and is would be a better story and would add wait to it....but the reading the report that dose not need it really...as for the picture yeah very odd one i can see what they are saying about the over lap as if there is a hand holding the rail what i have noticed and the from on the stairs is what ever it is its a big person just look at the size of the from as it make its way down the stairs.
Ive zoomed in on it and really cant make a shapes that stand out only the fact its the shape of a person cant see the hat tho.
Still dose not mean its not there yes Hella very interesting.....any chance gps can get in there to do and investigation?...i wish!

Well, it sounds as if that guy lives somewhere in the states... so it is quite unlikely .

Yes there seems to be something there on the stairs , what exactly i cannot say , but there is something there that's for sure , we will have to take this pic apart completely and see what we can come up with .

Sorry but what is it I'm supposed to be seeing on the stairs?. I know I wear glasses but c'mon please point out or identify what this pic is supposed
to show that warrants our speculation and opinion?.

After having an in depth look into this the only thing that i can make out is the bad quality of the picture , due to the quality i would not even think of relating it to anything paranormal .
