What is a ghost ???

I have just started reading the new book from Richard Felix , it is a definate must for you guys , it gives you an insight into his theory of what is a ghost?? from his point of view, which you will all find very interesting , there are also certain things that are explained in the book including the stone tape theory , which is probably the best explanation i have ever heard .
