A Brief history of the incidents that we had to investigate

1.
Reports of a little girl that has been seen in
the living room not only by the child of the present tenant , but also the previous
tenant’s child has seen the little girl and has also talked to her.

2.
In the
master bedroom a small handprint appeared near the light switch that had a
slimy oily texture to it , at the time there were no children present in the
flat , only the tenant and her partner .

3.
There has been a constant ticking sound that has
been heard in the living room and bedrooms , when they have gone near it has
got faster and then stopped, when walking away it has started again .

4.
When returning home one day the tenant found two
small handprints on the chair in the bedroom, it took 3 days for them to
vanish.

5.
Large handprint in front of the mirror in the
master bedroom remained there for 2-3 hours.

6.
The ticking sound started to come from the
children’s wardrobe, when going near the wardrobe it would speed up then stop, and
when going away it would start again.

7.
Whilst the tenant and her partner were sitting
on the sofa a black mist about 2ft tall appeared from the side of the sofa and
then disappeared in front of them.

These are the incidents that we were going to be investigating
during the course of the evening

We arrived at the location at 8:30pm and were met by the tenant’s
parents, we grabbed all of our equipment and entered the Flat, after a brief walkaround
explaining to the rest of the team what has been going on we then set up our equipment.

1.
Locked off video camera in the master bedroom

2.
DVR camera in the Childs bedroom with a static
EMF and Temp logger connected to a laptop

3.
Locked off video camera in the hallway with a
static Temp logger

4.
Locked off video camera in the living room

5.
Three Olympus Dictaphones for EVP sessions,
Laser thermometer, Gauss master and a K2 meter.

6.
Three trigger objects, which were a ball, Torch
and a small plastic case.

At 9:30pm we were ready to go lights out and commence with
our investigation, we split into two groups and had Robb and Steve in the
master bedroom and Hella stayed and monitored the DVR and data loggers, and
myself and john in the living room, I wanted to keep a rooms distance between
the groups to cut out any background interference that may occur.

John and I took our places in the living room and made
ourselves comfortable, I sat on the one armchair and john sat on the other, we
waited for a few mins to let things settle down before we started our first EVP
session , as soon as we had started to ask some questions we started to get
reactions on the K2 meter and they seemed to come as reactions to our questions , this carried on for a
while and then seemed to get weaker so whatever was there was not that strong ,
we still had some background noise from the Flats around us but nothing that
influenced our EVP’s .

The next part of the report was written by Steve Meads
(Trainee Investigator)

Rob and Steve entered the main bedroom at
9.45pm and got settled for a minute or two before starting an EVP session.

There was a locked off camera and
the hand held that Robb brought in.. This he placed behind us near the window
in the opposite corner of the locked off camera.

We began the EVP session with the usual
questions hoping for a response.

Nothing was heard and no movement was seen or
recorded. They tried a little experiment with a piece of string that is
40" long and apparently reacts to anything dead (this is a method devised
by a dowser...still trying to get his name) and they got no reaction.

This session ended with nothing of note
except for the feeling of a temperature rise on Steve’s left hand side.

Robb and Steve then entered the children’s
room.

They started an EVP session here and began
questioning. Robb tried to get a reaction on the K2 meter by 'playing a game'
with the laser light from the thermometer, to me, the room felt empty and not
as vibrant as it had earlier.

They discovered that one of the wardrobes was
extremely easy to make wobble and create ticking noises. The noises appeared to
be coming from the top of the wardrobe where there are some items of some
description. Robb checked the wardrobe in the same manner as I had, the session
ended with no apparent observations.

Next part written by Ian Wilce
(Lead Investigator)

When we started the second session in the living room John
and myself had placed a small plastic case from a camera film on the arm of the
chair and conducted our second session we also had nothing to report after the
second session, so Hella and the wife of the tenant conducted and EVP session in
the same room, they had a couple of reactions on the K2 but nothing out of the ordinary.

We all met in the kitchen to have a break and compare
results and then carried on with the investigation Steve went into the lounge
to check the static cameras that we had set up and saw that the small case that
we had put on the arm of the chair had been moved to the back of the sitting
area of the chair , after previously leaving the room Hella had checked that
the case was still there , and since then no one had entered the room , so
somebody had moved it and it was not one of the team , we checked for drafts
that may have been caused by an open window but the windows were still closed
as at the beginning of the investigation , as luck would have it , the angle
that the item was placed at was just out of camera shot , so I decided to place
a small torch on the chair and see if we could get a reaction there , and then
carried on with the EVP session after a couple of mins I checked the chair and
realised that the torch had also been moved , now the strange thing was that we
did not hear or see the torch being moved but it had clearly been moved 20cm
across the chair , we tried to recreate this but could not , so it remains a
mystery how it got to the other side of the chair .

In the meantime we had been taking constant readings in the
hallway and the Childs room with a data logger that was measuring EMF and temperature,
there was nothing out of the ordinary apart from when Steve and myself where in
the room the first time we had a large fluctuation in the EMF that seemed to
carry on for the duration of the EVP this was up to 6 Gauss which is allot
higher than the normal reading in the Flat.

During the rest of the evening we encountered a couple of
strange noises but nothing that we would consider as being phenomenal so we
wrapped up the investigation at about 12:30am and made our way home .

I would say that they are encountering some sort paranormal
activity in the flat, the girl that was reportedly experienced in the living
room we were able to get some reactions on the K2 which in my opinion would
point towards it being a young child possibly a girl , the ticking that has
been heard in the bedrooms and the living room , we were able to hear a ticking
sound in the living room but we could not put our finger on where it was coming
from, whether it could have been the building settling or the heating cooling
down in the next flat, sounds from the water pipes heating pipes , it could
have been anything , unless we are sure we cannot count it as evidence .

And we were not able to see or find any hand prints on the
chairs or carpets but we all know that spirits do not perform when asked .

We will keep in touch with the clients to follow their
progress .
