This news story has been circulating recently. It's caused quite a stir.
Some are saying it's a ghost, others seem to think it is very alienesque..

what do you think?

It doesn't seem to be effecting anything around it such as the street lights or cameras etc. But surely for a spirit to manifest itself like that would take a huge amount of energy. If it is a spirit could it be residual I say that as it it appears to be just walking up and down without any real sense o purpose and does not appear to be looking out fo anyone or tryin to make contact
