A face in an orb?

I had forgotten I had this, it was sent to me last year & is totally un-molested. It was taken with a K800i mobile phone.







I imagine it was just a speck of dust, but interesting none the less.

yes, i agree on that one...

actually the first thing that shot through my head was: building furniture, carpet = dust floating about.


We had a few orb pics send to us, or even captured by ourselves, where one can make out a face in the orb. Freaky stuff, but I don't think I have to tell you about structures of dust particles, reflection, distance to the lense etc


This face in this orb above is most probably due to the irregular shape of the dust particle. Totally natural, but nevertheless interesting, I think.

Yep, dust all the way. You can see why people see a 'ghost' straight away though, its quite amazing what nature produces sometimes.
