Oh yes, I remember this one...

Please correct me if i am wrong, but wasn't it debunked? As far as i remember, it was an employee in a jacket made of reflective material.
The cameras didn't film constantly, but took pictures in intervals of one or two seconds.
I think it was actually TAPS who debunked it and tried to recreate it.... successfully. Although no one thought it possible, a man walking at a good pace (like being in a hurry) could easily cover the distance in a few seconds.

Or do i mix something up here?

Yeah im prity sure this was debunked. as the cameras film rate is low so can have alot of footage in a smaller space on the hd the frame rate is alot lower. so as it was raining you would be in a hurry to get out the rain so someone walkin fast it would apear to come and go instantly. it happens on the dvr alot orb magicaly appers and the disapears like magic lol.
