| Orlando florida: The owner of a japanese restaurant is being sued for 2 million dollars by his landlord , for refusing to move into the new premises which has been recently renovated because he believes that the property is haunted.
A judge has now been asked to find out whether itīs haunted and if yes whether it would interfere with the restaurants buisness , the suite by the owners said an offer for an exorcism was refused .
An attorney said that Christopher and Joko Chung had planned to move in last October but refused after several documents were recieved from the contracting firm saying that ghosts and apparitions had been seen at night and due to the religion of Mr Chung (Jehovah witness) say that he is to avoid contact and encounters or association with Demons and spirits.
